We designed and introduced our signature "The Art of Selling" seminar - a unique fusion of time-tested sales principles spanning centuries with contemporary methodologies and tools.
This was our year of renewal and rebranding. In-depth research and analysis pointed us toward a new direction. IBS Consulting Group evolved into "Manassian Group, " a business education and consulting hub.
We founded Armenia's first and only sales school - "Manassian Sales School."
We developed and launched a new educational product - the "Synchrone Marketing" seminar, providing practical models, tools, and techniques for aligning marketing and sales business processes.
We launched the "Sales Professionals’ Incubator" program.
We designed and delivered the "Neuro Sales" practical seminar, providing science-based approaches too understanding buyer decision-making processes and selecting the most effective sales strategies.
This was a year of expanding our business school curriculum. We added the new "Differentiating Marketing" program, designed to deliver actionable marketing strategies that drive sales, and the "SMART Business Management" course tailored for business’ top executives.
We introduced multiple new consulting services to the market: Business Systems Diagnostics, Sales Systems Audit and Implementation, Marketing Function Assessment, Management Process Diagnostics, Strategic Decision Analysis, Process Synchronization, Experience Management, Marketing Management Model Implementation and Strategy Development, Product Portfolio Management, ROI and Performance Optimization, AGILE Management, Strategic Growth Management, Change Management, and Management Design․
Within our business school, we created and delivered two new educational programs: "Real Estate Sales" and "Young Businessmen."
